£5 Voucher Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Organiser: The giveaway is organised by Focus Trovex LLP, a company registered in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "our" are to Focus Trovex LLP.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Focus Trovex LLP and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Agreement to Terms: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on 28/02/2024 at 06:00 am and ends on 28/03/2024 at 06:00 am. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter the giveaway, participants fill in the form on this page. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prizes: Fifty (50) winners will each receive one (1) £5 e-voucher redeemable at participating high street brands, including Costa Coffee, M&S, and Starbucks. The voucher terms and conditions of the respective brands apply.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen on a first come first serve basis i.e. when the form is submitted.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of their submission. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within7 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, either suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway, or terminate the giveaway and, at our discretion, award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Data Protection: Any personal information that participants provide in connection with the giveaway will be used by Focus Trovex LLP for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for other purposes as specified in our privacy policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability: Focus Trovex LLP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the giveaway, including but not limited to any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
