We’re saying a goodbye to Jay Foord, our Order Processing Manager. Since joining Trovex, Jay has been the essential bridge between sales, production, and our valued customers. His dedication to managing every project - from overseeing the revision of technical drawings to installations and supporting aftercare - has been fundamental in ensuring our projects run smoothly and accurately, truly “getting things right first time.” 

Jay’s ability to guide customers through the nuances of our hygienic product line has consistently reinforced the value of Trovex systems in healthcare environments. Whether explaining the simplicity and effectiveness of our Hygipod IPS and Hygidoor systems or ensuring rigorous hygiene standards are met on-site, Jay’s solutions-focused approach has left a lasting impact.

Stephen Bailey, Order Processing Manager

We’re pleased to announce that Stephen Bailey will be taking on the role of Order Processing Manager. Stephen brings a deep understanding of our projects, processes, and customers, and we’re confident he will continue the excellent standard Jay has set.
Like Jay, Stephen will serve as the vital connection between sales, production, and aftercare. He’ll coordinate design reviews, ensure smooth order preparation, support installation teams, and resolve any post-delivery concerns. His focus on clarity, precision, and customer success positions him perfectly to uphold Trovex’s reputation for reliability in hygiene-critical healthcare projects.
