Through-ceiling units extend 50–100 mm above the ceiling line with a ceiling trim finish, up-to-ceiling units terminate flush at the soffit, and the half-height option features an angled sloping top to discourage item placement and support hygiene compliance.
Hygipod IPS panels are manufactured from single PVC sheets up to 3000 mm for solid colours and 2440 mm for Essence finishes. Where these heights are exceeded, a horizontal joint is introduced at the upper section to maintain a consistent, hygienic finish.

There are three options. The Hygipod plinth is the most common, supplied by Trovex and installed before floor finishes, allowing vinyl flooring to cove up to it for a hygienic seal at floor level. Direct to floor suits projects where the floor finish already exists, though it's not recommended where the ceiling is solid. The prefinished plinth is similar to the Hygipod plinth but laminated in Trovex PVC, providing a finished appearance where vinyl coving isn't required.
Yes. As well as full-height options that run to or through the ceiling, the Hygipod IPS is available in two half-height variants: flat top and sloping top. Both can be manufactured to any height to suit the installation. The sloping top option is commonly specified at 1,450mm and is designed to discourage items being placed on top of the unit, supporting hygiene compliance.
The Hygipod IPS comes in five configurations: flat, flush, single-return, double-return, and wall-to-wall. All share the same seamless, easy-clean PVC finish and compliant design. The standard width is 750mm across most configurations, with the wall-to-wall option spanning between opposing walls at a project-specific width. Alternative widths and depths are available across the range.

The Wash Hand Basin provides a safe, hygienic solution for general clinical handwashing across wards, treatment rooms and patient areas. For surgical environments, the 1-Person Scrub delivers a compliant handwashing solution for theatre and clinical preparation settings, while the 3-Person Scrub is designed for high-throughput surgical preparation, providing an efficient scrubbing solution for busy theatre suites. Each variant is supplied pre-plumbed and pre-tested, simplifying installation and supporting infection prevention across healthcare settings.
